1. Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • Please note that cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

2. Exemptions from Cancellation:

  • Meera Marketing does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers and eatables.
  • However, a refund or replacement can be arranged if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team.
  • The request will be processed after the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue on their end.
  • This should be reported within 2 days of receiving the products.

4. Product Discrepancies:

  • If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or doesn't meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

5. Manufacturer Warranty:

  • For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer any issues to them directly.

6. Refund Processing:

  • In case of any refunds approved by Meera Marketing, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
